Delivery Information

Standard 2-3 Day Delivery

Standard delivery to any UK mainland address is charged at £9.95 per shipment (Exc VAT).

Our standard delivery service normally takes 2-3 working days from shipment of goods although it can sometimes arrive even faster.

Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery on a particular day or by a particular time with this option. If you need a more firm idea of when to expect your parcel please see the other options below.

Next Day Service

You can upgrade to our next day service for £14.50 (Exc VAT) per shipment.

This is a 24-hour courier service and providing you placed your order before the cut off time. For the majority of our products, this is 3pm unless otherwise stated in the delivery details of the product.

Your order will be delivered the next working day after dispatch.

Please be patient - couriers can arrive any time between 08:30am and 6pm.

Your order will only be delivered the next working day where we have been able to ship the goods from stock. Please check the product description carefully as do offer products which are manufactured to order.

If you do accidentally select next day delivery on these items our customer team will contact you to arrange a refund.

Timed Next Day Delivery

If it is not possible for you to wait in all day for the courier to call, we can offer a timed delivery service for an additional fee.

The available options are delivery before 10:30am (Pre 10:30) or delivery before mid-day (Pre Noon).

Timed deliveries are charged at £25.00 (Exc Vat) per shipment and can arrive from very early in the morning so please make sure that someone is available to sign for the delivery. If you miss the courier, this is non-refundable. 

Your order will only be delivered the next working day where we have been able to ship the goods from stock. Please check the product description carefully as do offer products which are manufactured to order.

Saturday Delivery

Saturday delivery is charged at £35.00 (Exc VAT) per shipment. Saturday deliveries can arrive between 08:30am and 12:00 midday.

Orders for in-stock items will be delivered the next available Saturday to date of dispatch.

Dispatch Times

For the majority of our products, we aim to dispatch in-stock items ordered by 3.00pm on that day. We do have some products that are picked up earlier in the day. This is clearly stated in the delivery details of the product.

Orders placed after the cut off time will be dispatched the next working day.

Please check the product descriptions as some of our listings are manufactured to order which will increase the lead time.

Offshore and Delivery outside the UK

Delivery lead times and prices are for delivery to Mainland UK address. Please contact us for shipping costs to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands.

Signing for your goods ### IMPORTANT INFORMATION ###

All our products are shipped with couriers and require a signature. Couriers operate within business hours and can arrive between 08:30 am until 6pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

Items sent by carrier are automatically insured. However, in order for this insurance to work, it is necessary for us to register a claim within 48 hours of delivery of goods.

This means that if a parcel is damaged in transit we need to know within 24 hours, preferably by email to returns@gmav.co.uk

On arrival, the driver should wait whilst you check the parcel carefully. Please do this before signing for the delivery.

When you sign couriers paperwork you are indicating that the goods have been delivered "in good condition".

If there is any indication whatsoever that the package has been damaged (e.g. punctured, torn or ripped box), please refuse the delivery or write "damaged" on the delivery note.

It is your responsibility to examine the package thoroughly. It may seem unfair but we cannot help claim for damage by the courier if you have not signed DAMAGED.

Late Deliveries

We will take all reasonable steps to deliver the goods within the stated period but shall not incur any liability whatsoever due to any consequences of delayed delivery or carrier damage.

Green Monkey does not guarantee to get delivery on-site to meet installers and will accept no liabilities arising from delayed delivery or product damage consequently delaying installation.

Some large items or large quantities will be dispatched on a pallet delivery. 2-3 day pallet delivery is charged at the standard carriage rate. Next day pallet delivery where available, is charged at £80.00 per pallet.
